Privacy policy
Last updated — April 2026
333° SAS values your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and the rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data controller
The data controller for the personal data collected on this website is:
- 333° SAS — 33 rue de la Roquette, 75011 Paris, France
- Contact — privacy@333degrees.com
What we collect and why
Contact form
When you reach out via the contact form, we collect your name, email, company (optional) and the content of your message. We use this data only to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential collaboration.
- Legal basis — pre-contractual measures at your request (GDPR Art. 6.1.b)
- Retention — up to 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymized
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless audience measurement tool. It collects aggregated and anonymized data about pages visited, referrers, devices and geographic region. No cookies are stored, no IP addresses are retained, and no individual profile is built.
- Legal basis — legitimate interest in understanding website usage (GDPR Art. 6.1.f)
- Retention — up to 13 months in aggregated form
Cookies
This website does not use tracking, advertising or profiling cookies. The only technical cookies set are those strictly necessary for the website to function (e.g. preference storage). No consent banner is therefore required.
Recipients of the data
Personal data is accessed only by the 333° team on a need-to-know basis. We rely on the following processors to operate the website:
- Vercel Inc. — hosting and analytics (United States, transfers covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Sanity.io — content management system (European Union)
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
International transfers
When data is transferred outside the European Economic Area — for example to our hosting provider Vercel — we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request the rectification of inaccurate data;
- request the erasure of your data (right to be forgotten);
- request the restriction of processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- request the portability of your data.
To exercise these rights, email privacy@333degrees.com. We will reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access, and regular reviews — to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
